Our education standards, our collective experience, and our commitment to a strict Code of Ethics are what differentiate us from home “fluffers”. The Austin Chapter of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals® (IAHSP®) was established in 2006 to serve ASP® experts in the greater Austin and surrounding Central Texas area. Our members are committed to: Continuing to educate our Members on the Real Estate market and its practices; Ensuring Home Staging is as cost-effective as possible while maintaining a high level of Customer service and satisfaction; Providing accurate and up-to-date Staging advice to our Clients; and Facilitating the growth of the Members’ Home Staging business through Member interaction, fellowship and community outreach. We foster camaraderie by participating in open and honest discussions of techniques, styles, inventory sources, etc... It is in this manner that we learn from each other and, as a result, we maintain the highest level of professionalism in the industry and our work stays fresh and ahead of the curve. Be confident that when you go with an ASP® expert you will not be disappointed!
